Model and Talent Scout Wanted
We're seeking a creative and charismatic Model and Talent Scout to join our team! As a scout, you'll identify and discover new talent, build relationships with models, actors, and creatives, and help shape our agency's roster.
Requirements :
- Background in acting, modeling, or talent management
- Strong network of beauty, fitness, and creative professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for discovering new talent and staying ahead of industry trends
Skills:
- Model and talent scouting experience
- Knowledge of the fashion and entertainment industries
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and recruit new talent
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hours:
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
- Occasional evenings and weekends required for events and castings
